The terms that govern enrolment and classes at Quran's School.
Please read these Terms carefully. By enrolling at Quran's School, you agree to be bound by them.
Quran's School teaches women and children. For classes with our female teachers, we welcome girls of all ages and boys up to 13 years old. This ensures a safe, comfortable, and appropriate learning environment for everyone.
Paid classes are one-to-one and 40 minutes each, held online at times agreed with you. Sponsored (free) classes are taught in small groups of two or three students. You choose your preferred days and times, subject to teacher availability.
Fees are charged monthly, in advance, and paid by bank transfer at the start of each billing month. Your plan is based on the number of days per week you study.
Your monthly subscription renews automatically. If you wish to cancel or pause, you must notify us by email at least 15 days before your next renewal date. If we do not receive 15 days' notice, your subscription will renew and payment for the next month will be due.
If a student misses a class for any reason, the class cannot be refunded or made up. We encourage students to attend all scheduled classes to get the most from their learning.
If a teacher must cancel a class due to an emergency, that class will be made up at another time within the same month. Teacher-caused missed classes are always honoured with a make-up class.
Classes that fall on public holidays, including the two Eids (Eid Al-Fitr and Eid Al-Adha), are counted as normal paid classes. No refund or credit is given for public holidays.
Fees are non-refundable except where a teacher cancels and we are unable to provide a make-up class. Personal cancellations, missed classes, and public holidays are not refundable.
The safety of our students is our highest priority. For any student under 18, a female guardian must be present with the student throughout each lesson. This protects the student, the teacher, and the integrity of every class. If a family does not ensure a female guardian is present, Quran's School accepts no liability, and reserves the right to pause or end classes.
Teachers and students may not arrange classes, share personal contact details, or communicate outside the official Quran's School platform. Any such request should be reported to us immediately. All classes may be monitored or recorded for quality and safeguarding purposes.
Students should dress modestly and maintain a respectful environment appropriate for learning the Holy Quran.
We protect your personal information and never share it without your consent. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
