Quran's School respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
When you enrol or enquire, we may collect your name, email, phone number, country and time zone, the student's age and learning level, class preferences, progress notes, and a bank transfer reference for payments. We do not store card numbers or bank login details.
To arrange and deliver your classes, communicate with you, process your monthly fees, track learning progress, and improve our service. We use your information only for these purposes.
We process your information to fulfil our agreement to provide classes, and with your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time.
For students under 18, we collect information with the consent of a parent or guardian, and a female guardian is present during lessons. We handle all children's data with special care.
We never sell your information. It is shared only with your assigned teacher and our admin team, strictly as needed to deliver your classes. We do not share it with any third party without your consent, except where required by law.
If you cancel, we keep your personal information for up to 12 months, after which it is securely deleted.
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. To make a request, email accounts@quransschool.com.
